Short blog today. This morning I had a case in a District Court in Harris County. The case that the Judge heard before mine involved the annulment of a Russian Princess.

After that case was over, as I approached the Judge’s bench, I heard someone whisper, “Did I hear them say she was a Russian Princess?”

I turned and said, “Yes you did. I didn’t know there were any Russian Princesses for the last one hundred years.”

You never know what you’ll hear or see when you go to the courthouse in the morning.
