Format: PaperbackI absolutely loved this book and especially the writing style. The story line was very good, characters and plot well developed. What I enjoyed most was the author’s way of giving subtle hints as to what is going on with the story. I loved figuring out where the story was going, while enjoying the journey of the characters. Great first book. Can’t wait for the next one.

Format: PaperbackThe book’s cover caught my attention and the well-crafted story kept it. The varied and interesting characters (my favorite is Lars) play off each other in Houston, TX. The author makes you feel familiar with the city even if you’ve never been there. The inside look at the legal system is another plus. I recommend this book.
